14 Vintage LIONS CLUB International Convention PINS on Member Garrison Cap Hat

Here's an Old Lions Club member's Satin Garrison Hat, made by Champion, from Fairview, PA--- it has a lot of wear and tear, a little soiled
and written in.   But I think it's about the pins... 14 of them, most from the 1970's... all in Excellent Condition.
