Item was opened to test and inspect, no signs of previous use, appears to be still be new and unused, comes with everything pictured, missing parts, does not include the Rotating Ball Valve assembly, comes in original manufacturers box that show signs of wear, you will only receive the main pump unit, no user manual, may have residual water from testing
