Atlantic's TidaWave MD250 magnetic induction pump is an ideal choice for smaller water features with a lower head height requirement. This pump is highly energy efficient, using considerably less power than most pumps with a similar flow. Its magnetic induction motor is also extremely reliable, requiring less maintenance than many similar pumps. This pump features a large, stable base for anchoring, which can be removed for installation in particularly tight applications. Heavy-duty and sturdy, the MD250 is equipped with a removable pre-filter and replaceable impeller assembly to keep your installation running smoothly for as long as possible. These pumps also feature an oversized ceramic shaft, which resists wear significantly better than steel, allowing for a longer operational lifespan. The TidalWave MD250 will keep your water feature reliably running for years to come.
The MD250 features a max flow rate of 300 gallons per hour, with an optimal head height of 0-4 feet. This pump is extremely energy-efficient, using a maximum of  just 15 watts. Assuming an energy cost of 10 cents per kilowatt-hour, that means this pump can be continuously operated for less than 4 cents a day, or approximately .08 per month! The included fittings are tapered to fit 3/4" and 1" tubing. This pump features a power cord measuring 20 feet in length.
Has a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on the pump and motor, and a 1-year warranty on the impeller assembly.
