Atlantic's TidalWave SH1450 is a heavy-duty and dependable pump, perfect for clean-outs as well as various pond and water feature installations. This pump is built to last and best suited to demanding applications requiring higher head heights and flow rates. This pump is hardy, being able to handle solids up to 1½" in diameter, and also features thermal overload protection, which prevents damage from overheating. This, alongside the non-corroding composite housing, ensures that you can rely on this pumps in even the most rigorous conditions.
This direct drive pump is a true workhorse, able to provide impressive flow rates of up to 1,450 gallons per hour with a maximum energy use of 240 watts. For best results, and to ensure the longevity of your pump, it is recommended to operate these pumps within the best efficiency or recommended range, as seen in the chart below. This pump includes a 1.25" FIPT fitting with a 1.5" FIPT elbow. The SH1450 runs on 115 volts, has a 16' power cord, and features an oil-free design that makes them safe for pond life. This pump is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
