The Pondmaster Magnetic drive pumps are very popular among koi pond and water gardener enthusiasts due to it's rugged reliability, ease of use, and 100% fish safe operation. Due to its specialized magnetic drive motor, this pump uses very little energy in comparison with its output. And with its compact size, this pump can be used in a wide variety of water feature installations.
The PM250 has a maximum flow rate of 250 gph alongside a maximum head pressure of 6.5 feet. With its maximum power usage of 24 watts, this pump is extremely inexpensive to operate. Assuming an average energy cost of 10 cents per kilowatt-hour, this pump can be continuously operated for less than .75 per month. Additionally, this versatile pump can be used for both inline and submersed applications. Ideal for sending water to ornamental pond spitters and even powering statuary or fountains. It is also commonly used in koi pond or water garden applications.
